Cosmetics Testing on Animals

Hey everyone!
For years and years cosmetic and skincare companies have used animals to test their products. Animal testing dates back as far as the age of the Greek empire!

Sadly, between 50-100 million animals are used annually in experimentation. But keep in mind that this number is not referring to only the animals used in experimentation with cosmetics. Animals are also used in behavioral studies and biomedical research.

The use of animals in experimentation is widely debated, I myself feel that it's really wrong when animals are used in testing for makeup and skin products.

I came across caringconsumer.com, a website supported by PETA (so you know it's legit lol) and it has a list of companies that do and do not test on animals. The lists are extremely long but I wanted to list for you guys SOME (there are many more) of the popular cosmetic/skincare companies on the lists that stood out to me so here ya go!
